Yes, we encourage feedback as this is a new experience. You can use this feedback form or contact your Account Rep. You’ll also find a “Tell us about your experience” link at the bottom of the Hub.
Why can’t I see the Member Hub as a Season Ticket Member?
If you're a Canucks Season Ticket Member and the Member Hub isn’t appearing, try logging out, deleting the app, reinstalling it, and logging back in. This refreshes your account and should make the Member Hub visible.
I don’t see the Member Hub in the app.
The Member Hub is available exclusively to Canucks Season Ticket Members. You can inquire about memberships here. If you believe there is a mistake, please contact the Membership Team here.
How do I view my member benefits?
In the “Membership Benefits” section, you’ll find credits, discounts, and exclusive offers available only to Season Ticket Members.
What can I do in the Member Hub?
The Hub is your central space to manage season tickets, access member benefits, view account details, and stay connected with the Canucks.
How do I access the Member Hub?
Log in to your Ticketmaster account through the Canucks App and select the “Member Hub” tab from the menu bar at the bottom.
How do I receive live game updates?
To receive live game updates, locate your setting under the More tab in the bottom menu bar and toggle on Enable Notifications. If you are still not receiving updates, locate the Canucks app under your mobile phone settings and toggle on Allow Notifications.
What if I need help on gameday?
Our hosts at Guest Services is available through Canucks home games to answer your questions. Guest Services desks are located near section 113 and section 104 (Club Section) in the lower bowl and near section 310 in the upper bowl. If I purchased my tickets from Ticketmaster, can I still access them through the Canucks app?
Yes, you will be able to access your Ticketmaster tickets by logging into your Ticketmaster account in the Canucks app. Find the log in portal by locating Tickets under the More tab and selecting Manage Tickets and Sign in to Canucks.
