Tell us about a hero in your community and they could win tickets to a Canucks home game and crank the siren at puck drop, thanks to BCLC!

Celebrating Heroes In Our Community

Do you know someone in your community who has made a positive impact? We want to hear about them!

If selected, your nominee will have the chance to pump up the Canucks at their next home game by cranking the siren at puck drop.

For the 2023-24 NHL season, the Vancouver Canucks will celebrate all community heroes during a pre-game ceremony on March 25th, 2024 for BCLC Community Heroes Night at Rogers Arena.

About the BCLC COmmunity Hero Program

It started with an idea to honour heroes working on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, BCLC has expanded its Community Hero Program to celebrate even more British Columbians who have had a positive impact on the communities in which they live. The BCLC Community Hero Program recognizes and provides an individual the opportunity to take part in the pre-game tradition of pumping up the Vancouver Canucks.
Tell us about a hero in your community and they could attend an upcoming Vancouver Canucks home game as a BCLC Community Hero!

As a social-purpose company, BCLC is working to generate win-wins for the greater good and serve in the best interests of players, the province and society. This includes celebrating the passion, dedication and support of everyday heroes and the personal contributions they have made in communities throughout BC.
