Canucks Jr. Golf Week
Canucks Jr Golf Week kicked off its 6th season across the province earlier this week and, to help celebrate the festivities, FIN made special appearances at Northview Golf and Country as well as Birdie and Buckets.
Launching in 2014, Canucks Jr Golf week, presented by Odlum Brown, has now grown to a total of 32 locations, running 59 camps throughout the province this year.
With participation increasing on an annual basis, Canucks Jr Golf Week has close to 1200 kids signed up in 2019 for a fun, inexpensive way to introduce golf to boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 13 .
Working closely with BC Hockey, the Vancouver Canucks and the PGA of BC, Canucks Jr Golf week runs from July 2nd right through to the 9th with some locations hosting multiple days and multiple sessions. To kick off the season, on July 2nd, close to 13 camps at 11 different facilities invited kids to get their first taste of golf.
